These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SafePage — the smart credential and dynamic trust gate platform (the "Service") — operated by Makemind Ecosystem, Inc ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You may create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
Smart credential: a credential scheme in which a physical medium — QR, NFC, IC/RF card — stays fixed while its destination and routing are managed dynamically in the backend.
Trust gate: the decision layer that allows or blocks access by verifying a scanned credential’s signature validity, location, time and other conditions.
Media UID: the unique value identifying an issued medium.
We provide dynamic credential mapping and routing infrastructure, geo-fence and smart signature verification gates, deep-link parsing integrated with the AppPlayer sandbox, and air-gapped offline verification. Scope and specifications are as published in the Service.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the media issued to you. Report loss or theft immediately; we are not responsible for use occurring before you notify us. An issued Media UID belongs to you, and you may not transfer it to a third party or duplicate it for re-issuance.
We invoice the fees and issue receipts and tax invoices. We do not store your card details. Where you use the Service to sell to or charge your own customers, that transaction is between you and them; we are not a party to it.
Paid plans and media issuance may be refunded in full within 14 days of payment. For prepaid usage we refund the remaining balance, excluding what has already been consumed — consumption is delivery, and delivered service is not refundable.
Rights in the Service and its components belong to the Company. Rights in the media information and content you register remain yours, and we use them only as far as operating the Service requires.
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, appropriate another person’s credentials, circumvent or tamper with the verification gate, or place an unreasonable load on the Service infrastructure.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. We are released from liability where an act of God or comparable force majeure prevents us from providing the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may change or discontinue the Service. Material changes to, or discontinuation of, a paid service will be announced at least 30 days in advance, and any remaining prepaid balance will be refunded. These Terms may also be updated; material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
