Makemind Ecosystem, Inc ("Company", "we") operates the SafePage Smart Credential & Dynamic Trust Gate Platform ("Service"). This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how it is protected.
Account information: email address, name, identity-provider identifier.
Media records: issued Media UID, medium type, issue and destruction history.
Usage records: trust-gate verification logs (time, gate, outcome), IP address, device identifier.
Payment information: subscription status and the transaction reference. Card details are never stored by us.
We keep data while the account is active and delete it within 30 days of closure, except where transaction records must be retained for the period set by applicable law.
We do not sell personal information. Processing is entrusted to cloud infrastructure (Firebase, Google Cloud) as far as operating the Service requires, and payment processing is handled outside our systems so card details never reach them. We disclose to authorities only where the law requires it.
Because of how the cloud infrastructure works, data may be stored in regions outside your own. The protections required by our processing agreements and by applicable law apply in that case too.
Encryption in transit (TLS), access control at rest, least-privilege authorisation and access logging. Trust-gate verification logs are held separately to resist tampering.
We use session cookies to keep you signed in, and local storage for preferences such as language and theme. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
You may access, correct, delete, export or restrict the processing of your personal data. Write to support@makemind.app and we will respond within 30 days.
The Service is business infrastructure and is not directed at children under 14. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Material changes are announced in the Service or by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
