Delete your account
You request SafePage account deletion by email. You can do this even without the app or if you cannot sign in.
Request deletion
- Email support@makemind.app with the subject “Account deletion”.
- Send it from the email address of the account to be deleted.
- We delete the account within 30 days of receiving the request and email you the result.
Data we delete
- Account information: email address, name, identity-provider identifier
- Media records: issued Media UID, medium type, issue and destruction history
- Usage records: trust-gate verification logs, IP address, device identifier
Data we keep
Transaction records, such as subscription status and transaction references, are kept for the period set by applicable law and then deleted. Card details are never stored by us.
